CERRITOS – A new playground area at Heritage Park in Cerritos, featuring colorful slides and swing sets and a decorative colored concrete walkway, is now open for use. The playground area also includes new irrigation and landscaping, along with rubberized surfacing that complies with ADA standards.

All neighborhood parks will gradually be upgraded with the new playground surface, Cerritos officials said.
