DOWNEY – Blue Star Family Day, a festival honoring families whose loved ones are currently serving in the armed forces, will be held Saturday, Sept. 27, in Downey High School’s south parking lot. The event is from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and features live music, military vehicles, raffles, food vendors, military tributes, and more.

The festival is sponsored and hosted by the Living Tree Foundation.
