WHITTIER – Local veterans, civic groups, churches and residents are invited to a planning meeting Tuesday at Rose Hills to offer input and direction for the 2015 Veterans Resource Fair and Homeless Veterans Funeral Service. The meeting starts at 6:30 p.m. inside Rosie’s Cafe on the cemetery campus.

The resource fair and funeral service will provide military veterans returning from Iraq or Afghanistan with resources and information.

Veterans who died homeless will be provided a proper military funeral service.
