COMMERCE – Award-winning actor Edward James Olmos will be at Citadel Outlets in Commerce this weekend to promote his new film, “Water & Power.” Olmos will take part in a meet and greet with fans from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. He will be at center court, available to take pictures and answer questions about his latest film.

Veteran actor Emilio Rivera, who plays Marcus Alvarez on “Sons of Anarchy,” also will be present.

There will also be live performances by Ballet Folklorico de Los Angeles, and a roving mariachi band will serenade shoppers throughout the outlet center.
