Dear Editor: Is there any news on the Rives Mansion? It appears that all construction has stopped -- actually, there doesn’t appear to have been any work done on the place all summer.

And what’s going on with Tierra Luna? It appears that work has ceased at that project as well.

Is it true Walmart wants to open there?
