DOWNEY – The second annual Veterans Day Weekend Chili Cook-off and Business Expo will take place Sunday, Nov. 9, from 12-5 p.. at the Downey Elks Lodge. The event is organized by the Downey Chamber of Commerce and proceeds benefit the Living Tree Foundation.

Cost is $10 for adults and $5 for children under 10.
