DOWNEY - Four Downey residents have been named to the Dean's List at Loyola Marymount University.The students are Camila Garcia Paz, Keila Lopez, Javier Navarro and Carolina Nunez. Each of the students earned a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or better. Meanwhile, Luke Ryan Tiscareno, of Downey, made the Dean's List at The Citadel, a military college in Charleston, S.C. Tiscareno is working toward a BS in mathematics.
