DOWNEY - The second annual Health Downey 5K Run/Walk will take place Saturday, April 5, at Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center.All proceeds will benefit the TLC Family Resource Center, which provides underpriveleged students access to physical and mental health services and more. The center operates solely on grants, donations and fundraisers. The event begins at 8 a.m. with same-day registration from 6-7 a.m. On-site registration is $40 for adults and $30 for kids over 5.
