William Zin will be the featured artist at a chalk art festival scheduled for April 27 at Downey Memorial Christian Church. Based in Long Beach, Zin is noted for his chalk art drawings, street paintings and work in oils, acrylics and watercolor. The festival is from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will also feature gourmet food trucks, book swaps and more.
