DOWNEY - Veterans of the armed forces will be recognized at a dinner and program Wednesday at Cafe Quill, located inside the Barbara J. Riley Community and Senior Center.City officials will also be recognizing its Older American of the Year recipient. The event is from 5-7 p.m. Cost is $5.
