Dear Editor:This is concerning the Elephant Bar at Downey Landing. My friends and I were there on Saturday night around 5 p.m. and there was no one waiting. They told us there would be a 25-minute wait. I asked them how come when there were open tables. The young girl said that we could have a table if we ordered from the iPad. She said that we couldn't get a discount or pay cash. We were sure disappointed in the Elephant Bar. I guess this is a way to cut back on the help, which is a shame. R. King South Gate
