DOWNEY - Dog and cat adoptions at SEAACA will be discounted 15 percent on Saturday, May 25.Adoptions include first set of vaccinations, flea treatment, dog or cat toy, pet health guide, spay or neuter, microchip and registration. The discount also applies to puppies and kittens. SEAACA is at 9777 Seaaca St. in Downey.
