DOWNEY - Two Downey High School students, Philip Shimada and Pablo Robles, traveled to Sacramento this past June for Boys State and will give a report on their trip this Monday to the Downey American Legion Post 270.Downey Post 270 selects two high school juniors to attend the program each year and covers the expense.
