DOWNEY - Several city facilities will be closed in observance of Christmas and New Year's Day.The following facilities will be closed Dec. 24-25 and Dec. 31-Jan. 1: City Hall, the Downey City Library, Parks & Recreation, the Barbara J. Riley Community and Senior Center, Depot Transit Center, ASPIRE office, the Apollo Park gym and the Columbia Memorial Space Center.
