DOWNEY - The Downey Chamber of Commerce will conduct ribbon-cutting ceremonies at two local businesses next month.The chamber will celebrate the recent opening of Yoli's Mexican Kitchen on Dec. 6 at noon. The Mexican restaurant is owned by Manny Poveda and offers a complete menu, along with weekday lunch specials. On Jan. 25 at noon, a ribbon-cutting will be held at the dental offices of Dr. Vahid Babaeian. The office offers orthodontics for children and adults, metal and ceramic braces, and more.
