William Morris, a 10-year-old student at Rio Hondo elementary School in Downey, competed in the ETI Corral 8 English Horse Show held Sept. 27 in Rolling Hills Estates. William took fourth place in Walk Trot Equitation, fifth place in Walk Trot Equitation Challenge, second place in Trot Over Poles, and "Reserve Champion" in his division.
