DOWNEY - The Columbia Memorial Space Center will celebrate the final launch of the space shuttle Discovery on Feb. 24.The scheduled launch time is 1:50 p.m., but the time and date is subject to change by NASA. The space center will broadcast the launch live on its media wall. Admission is $5 for the general public and free for space center members.
