DOWNEY - The city of Downey will unveil a sculpture paying tribute to U.S. veterans during a ceremony Nov. 12 at 10 a.m. in front of City Hall.The memorial was commissioned by the City Council last year and funded with money from the city's Art in Public Places fund.
