DOWNEY - John Racca returns to the Downey Civic Light Opera for a fifth time when he stars in "The Melody Lingers On" - the life and music of Irving Berlin - opening Feb. 17 at the Downey Theatre.Racca previously starred in "Anything Goes," "Cabaret," "Rodgers and Hart: A Celebration" and "No, No Nanette."
