This week, Congresswoman Lucille Roybal-Allard (CA-40) welcomed Downey Mayor Luis Marquez (pictured), Paramount Mayor Diane J. Martinez, and Walnut Mayor Nancy Renne Tragarz to her Capitol Hill office.   The congresswoman and the mayors discussed many issues of importance to the 40th District and the greater Los Angeles area. The mayors are in Washington to attend the U.S. Conference of Mayors Winter Meeting.
