Todd Michael Henshaw passed away in Dallas, TX. on July 17, 2024 at the early age of 59.

Todd was born and grew up in Downey. He attended Roger Casier Elementary, Griffiths and graduated Warren High in 1983.

His first jobs were at a local Downey butcher shop and All American Home Center. His dream since he was a small boy was to become a police officer.

His dream came true at the age of 21 when he was hired as a police officer for the city of Westminster. He worked there several years before moving to the Huntington Park Police Dept. He decided to move to Texas a few decades ago, where he became a police officer for the city of Gainesville. He bought a house on several acres, a horse and a bull. He loved Texas and all it had to offer.

He is survived by his adult children Justin, Brianna, Cody and Allison. He is also survived by his parents Dennis and Terri Henshaw, as well as his younger brothers Troy and Ty.
