DOWNEY - Downey Toastmasters Club 587 will host an open house Tuesday at 6 p.m. inside room 116 at First Baptist Church of Downey.Mayor Mario Guerra will be the guest speaker. Toastmasters offers guests help in honing their communication and leadership skills. The public is invited to their meetings, held every Tuesday at the church.
