DOWNEY — Tickets are now on sale for Gangs Out of Downey’s annual scholarship gala, named after fallen Downey police officer Ricky Galvez.

The black-tie event is scheduled for Friday, May 19, from 6:30-11:30 pm at the Embassy Suites. Tickets are $100.
