DOWNEY — The Downey Arts Coalition is hosting a preview performance of “The Ivory Thread” on Thursday at the Epic Lounge before it moves to the Hollywood Fringe Festival.

“The Ivory Thread” is a one-man production about a musician’s journey into acting after personal tragedy. It stars Michael J. Gonzales and is directed by Debra Deliso.

The performance at the Epic Lounge begins this Thursday, Aug. 5, at 7:30 pm and will be followed by a Q&A at 8:30 pm hosted by Alistair Hunter with Gonzales and Deliso.

Admission is free with a one drink minimum.
