DOWNEY - Terrie Halley, 71, passed away on Aug. 25.She was born in Panama City, Panama in 1940 and received her primary and secondary education in Costa Rica, France and the United States. She married Douglas Halley in 1960 and moved to Downey shortly thereafter, where she worked for Rockwell during the Apollo space program. She also worked as the registrar at Downey Adult School from 1993-2000. She is survived by her two children, Jeff, and Michelle; grandchildren, Nique, Kelly and Sophia; and great-grandchildren Carter and Ella. Internment took place Wednesday at Rose Hills Memorial Park.
