DOWNEY - Tango Evolution, a show featuring original tango dances from the 19th and 20th centuries, will be performed March 24 at the Downey Theatre. Audience members will be treated to the songs and dances of malambo, boleadoras, chacarera, milonga and, of course, tango.

Last year's performance at the Woman's Club of Downey sold out.

Tango Evolution is produced by Eduardo Sidi and directed by Zita Gonzalez. It features the tango dancing of Giovanna.

Tickets start at $22 and can be purchased at the Downey Theatre box office or online at downeytheatre.com.
