DOWNEY -- The Gypsy Johnson Auxiliary of Assistance League of Downey will hold its annual StoryTime Festival at the Downey City Library on March 14 from 11 a.m. to 1 pm.Activities will include readings of selected stories, a book giveaway, and face painting.
