January 29, 1968 - August 1, 2021

Ruth went to be with her dear Savior this month. She grew up in Downey, attended DUSD schools, and was the first high school graduate of Downey Calvary Chapel School. She worked as a draftsman for Omnitemp and Omniteam in Downey. She is ever loved by her extended family and friends, remembered for her artistic gifts, humor, compassion and sunny smile. She is survived by her parents, Rev. Audie and Glory Derryberry, sister Rachel Haasis, brother Nathan Derryberry, husband Gary Parslow, children Sarah Felix, Naomi, Elizabeth and John Parslow, and a beloved grandson. Her graveside service is at Forest Lawn Covina, August 18, 2021.
