DOWNEY - Rubio's restaurant at Downey Landing will host a fundraiser Jan. 15 from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. for the Downey High School Color Guard.Customers who present a flier when ordering will have 20% of their proceeds donated to the color guard. Funds will be used to purchase uniforms and pay for upcoming competitions. Color guard members will be on-site with fliers. The public is welcome.
