DOWNEY -- Rick Rodriguez, left, was sworn-in as 2015-16 president of Gangs Out of Downey earlier this month. Former mayor Mario Guerra administered the oath of office. 

Rodriguez’s board includes Mark McDaniel (first vice president), Alex Saab (second vice president), Ray Mesler (treasurer), Julie Garcia (secretary) and Eric Pierce (immediate past president).

Gangs Out of Downey meets the first Tuesday of every month (except July) at 7:30 a.m. in the second floor training room at City Hall.
