DOWNEY – Former mayor Rick Rodriguez will be the keynote speaker at the Downey Mayor’s Prayer Breakfast, scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 14, at 7:30 am at the Rio Hondo Event Center.

Rodriguez is CEO and founder of RMI International, a security firm that operates in 18 states and three countries. He founded the Living Tree Foundation, a nonprofit organization that offers support to combat veterans.

Rodriguez is also a chaplain with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
