Richard Melendrez Jr., son of Richard and Helen Melendrez, of Downey, and Stephanie Valadez, daughter of Leopoldo and Alma Valadez, of Downey, will marry April 29 in Pico Rivera. Richard is a graduate of Warren High School and received his associate of science degree and certification in computer and electronics engineering technology at ITT Technical Institute.
