Dear Editor:Thank you, thank you, city of Downey, Thad Phillips and many others. As a member of the OASIS program at the Harriett Paine Event Center, on the first meeting of Jan. 10 almost 100 members greeted each other. We had a wonderful program about Irving Berlin. Harriett Paine greeted each one of us as we stood in line to pay for our supper and sign in. Thank you Harriett and Susan and the staff at the table.
