DOWNEY – Several Downey residents have been named to the fall 2014 Dean’s List at Whittier College. The students include Cullen Griffin, Mathew Johnson, Gabriela Khowploum, Hector Lujan, Erika Saldana, Anthony San Angelo, Michael San Angelo and Stacy Yamasaki.

Meanwhile, Downey’s Anna Bautista made the Dean’s List at Hofstra University, a nationally ranked private university near New York City.

Jonathan Fuentes, also of Downey, earned Dean’s List honors at the Regis College of Nursing, Science and Health Professions.

Fuentes is a sophomore.
