NORWALK – Cerritos College will host a 5K obstacle and fitness challenge Sunday, May 8, starting at 9 a.m. The event is a fundraiser for Fight for Kids, a non-profit organization that provides low-income families and at-risk youth with opportunities to participate in organized sports.

The obstacle course will include fitness stations staffed by professional MMA fighters that will lead participants through a workout.

Race registration is $45, and sign-ups are being taken at 5kofc.com.

The event is also open to spectators at no charge.
