DOWNEY - The Assistance League of Downey is again offering classes this fall for DUSD students preparing for the PSAT and SAT."We have had enormous success with this program for high school students planning to attend colleges and universities," an Assistance League representative said. The seminar will consist of five sessions on the following Saturdays: Sept. 15, Sept. 22, Sept. 29, Oct. 13 and Oct. 20. The classes prepare students for the PSAT administration on Oct. 20 and the SAT on Oct. 6, Nov. 3 and Dec. 1. Cost is $50 for the five sessions (including textbook) if paid before Sept. 1.
