LAKEWOOD - A seminar for property owners who feel their taxes should be lowered due to a decline in their property value will be held Aug. 10 at the Angela M. Iacobni Library in Lakewood.The 90-minute meeting will help taxpayers understand the assessment appeals process. The seminar will also cover how to prepare for a hearing, what qualifies as admissible evidence, what will happen at the hearing, and what to expect afterwards. The Angela M.
