DOWNEY - Downey resident Frank Kearns will read some of his poetry Thursday, Feb. 28, at Stay Gallery.The event begins at 7:30 p.m. Kearns recently published a book, "Circling Venice," described as "a private life revealed in quick snapshots that mirror adolescent America's mythic migration westward in the '70s."
