April 17, 1925 - January 18, 2017

Patricia Francis Welter, of Downey, CA passed away on January 18th, 2017 at the age of 91. Patricia is survived by her sister, Elizabeth Baron, and her four children; Cynthia, Stephen, Richard, and William; and her five grandchildren: Chris Chloe, Erin, Jessie, and Jamie.

Patricia, a citizen of Downey for the past sixty years, was an active member of the Downey Assistance League, the D.A.R., and St. Mark’s Episcopal Church. If anyone would like to make a donation in lieu of flowers for the services, Patricia requested that all proceeds go to Doctors Without Borders or the American Heart Association.

Church services will be held at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church at 10 a.m. on Saturday, January 28th.
