DOWNEY - The Parks and Recreation Department is now taking sign-ups for a variety of summertime excursions.Trips include a Hollywood Bowl concert on June 4 ($10); a July 7 trip to Hsi Lai Temple in Hacienda Heights, the largest Buddhist temple in the western hemisphere ($20); a viewing of Pageant of the Master's "The Genius" on July 24 ($55); Sea World on Aug. 25 ($70); and a trip to Solvang on Sept. 15 ($25).
