DOWNEY - The 33rd annual Parade of Winners, a fundraiser to benefit the Downey Rose Float Association, will be held Oct. 24 from 1-5 p.m. at the Rio Hondo Event Center.Tickets are $125 and include lunch for two people. The event will also include opportunities to win prizes, including a grand prize of $10,000. Tickets may be purchased from any Rose Float member or by calling president Susan Domen at (562) 824-7172.
