Dear Editor:Has anyone noticed the weeds around the light posts that light the way to Downey Landing? Isn't it time for the weeds to be cleaned out? It's starting to look like some of the empty lots and houses around the city. Not sure I would want to open a business in town if the city cannot keep the weeds under control. - Sharon Tooley, Downey
