DOWNEY – U.S. Air National Guard Airman 1st Class Orlando Duarte graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland in San Antonio. He is the son of Dora and Jose Duarte, of San Antonio. He graduated from Warren High School in 2010 and earned an associate degree in 2013 from St. Philip’s College.
