DOWNEY — Downey’s new city attorney, John Funk, will speak at the Downey Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday, Oct. 18, at 12 pm.

The meeting is part of the chamber’s monthly City Affairs program.

Funk started his role as city attorney on Sept. 18.
