In celebration of National Library Week, Downey Mayor Luis Marquez shared picture books with more than 100 preschool children at the Downey City Library last week. Marquez read "Go Away, Big Green Monster" by Ed Emberley and "Maisy Goes to the Library" by Lucy Cousins.
