DOWNEY - Army Reserve Sgt. Sherman E. Johnson is returning to the United States after a deployment to the Iraqi Theater of Operations in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.Johnson is the son of Charlene Johnson of Downey. Sherman Johnson is a military police member with 19 years of military service. He is normally assigned to the 812th Military Police Company in Orangeburg, N.Y.
