DOWNEY - Margaret Mary Hartshorn (Peggy), born April 17, 1925, died April 16, 2011 in Las Vegas.A resident of Murrieta for the past 20 years, she lived in Downey prior to that. She was an active member of St. Martha's Catholic church in Murrieta and was an avid golfer. She is survived by siblings Dorothy Hevener, Lawrence Hughes, Joseph Hughes and Eileen Duffy. She was predeceased by her parents, Lillian Gardner Hughes and Lawrence Hughes; siblings Helen Foley, Vincent Hughes, Francis Hughes and Kathleen Reis; and husbands William Katzenbach and Jack Hartshorn. A funeral Mass will take place April 29 at 10 a.m. at St. Martha's Catholic Church in Murrieta. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to the American Cancer Society.
