DOWNEY - Downey resident Roger DeLeon has been arrested on charges that he used the Internet to download and share images and movies depicting child pornography, authorities said.The Downey Police Department announced the arrest July 8, after detectives served a search warrant at DeLeon's home on the 7600 block of Allengrove St. Investigators said a forensic analysis of computers and other digital media revealed evidence of child porn. The Los Angeles County district attorney's office filed a felony charge of possession of child pornography against DeLeon. His court date is pending.
