DOWNEY - Sister Kathleen of the Notre Dame Sisters will be the guest speaker when the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Women's Guild will hosts a luncheon Wednesday at 10 a.m. inside the church's parish center.The topic will concern the Lenten season.
