LONG BEACH - The Bixby Knolls Literary Society will discuss "Money," by Martin Amis, when it meets this Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the Expo Arts Center, 4321 Atlantic Ave."Money" is the fictional story of John Self and his insatiable appetite for money, alcohol, drugs, pornography and more. According to a review by Michael A. Smith, "for those who like densely written, wildly stylish fiction that also has a point, from a writer at the top of his game, you *must* read this book!"
